Birdwatching Group visit to Swaledale

After exploring Gunnerside Gill, alive with birds in Spring, we’ll make our way up to the open moorland in a search for one of our more uncommon species: the elusive Ring Ouzel. Returning to Gunnerside we’ll make our way up Swaledale to Stonesdale looking for another rarely seen species: the Black Grouse.
